For SaaS teams
Buyers increasingly shortlist software in AI assistants. They ask about price, plans, security and integrations — and the assistant answers from what it can confirm on your site.
See a sample SaaS audit“Which CRM supports 40 users, has SOC 2 and costs under €50 per user?”
To answer, the agent has to confirm:
The assistant visits the site on the buyer's behalf. Each thing it needs is a step in the journey — and one missing step changes the answer the buyer gets.

3What the buyer hears
“Northgate may fit — it has SOC 2 Type II and a public API. But I couldn't confirm the Growth price, or whether it supports 40 users.”
Northgate slips down the shortlist, behind tools that state both.

We run the SaaS journeys that matter — pricing, plan limits, security, docs, trial — as a plain agent, as a browser agent and through anything you publish for agents. You get the blocker, the evidence, a fix brief for your web, docs and security teams, and a re-test.
We’re currently opening a limited number of Agent Journey Audit spots for selected companies.

Agents can confirm Northgate's security posture, docs and free trial, but can't quote its prices, and its help center refuses agents that don't run a browser.
Fix first
Visibility tools tell you whether you're mentioned. We check what an agent gets once it looks at your site — whether it can confirm your prices, plan limits, security and docs.
Not automatically. The audit reports it as a trade-off: an agent can't quote a price, so it may describe you as "contact sales". You decide whether that's what you want.
It can. The score measures machine-readable signals, and a SaaS site can answer buyer questions well without them. That's why results lead with Agent Journeys, not the score.
No. We test your public website only.
